The Buckeyes added a huge commitment to their 2020 recruiting class when wide receiver Gee Scott from Sammamish (Wash.) Eastside Catholic announced on Christmas day that he is headed to Ohio State. It was an absolutely huge pick-up for soon to be Ohio State head coach Ryan Day and Buckeyes’ wide receivers coach Brian Hartline. Scott is a 4-star prospect in the 247Sports Composite. He is the country’s No. 70 overall 2020 prospect, the No. 15 wide receiver and the No. 2 prospect in Washington. Scott picked Ohio State over a list of at least 18 scholarship offers that also includes LSU, Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame, USC, UCLA, Oregon, Wisconsin and Washington State.
