6 stats to watch as the Huskies prepare to face the Buckeyes in the Rose Bowl

With Heisman finalist Dwayne Haskins under center, they rank second in the country behind Washington State, averaging 373 yards per game. Haskins has also thrown for three or more scores in nine games this season. On the other side of the ball, the Jake Browning and the Huskies sit at just 232.5 yards per game with 18 touchdowns on the year. While Browning attempted 334 passes to Haskins’ 496, the completion percentage still favors the latter: the Buckeyes signal caller connected on 70.5 percent of his throws, while Browning comes in behind with a still respectable 65 percent.
