COLUMBUS, Ohio — No teams picking in the top three of the 2019 NFL Draft need a quarterback. Arizona at No. 1 (Josh Rosen), San Francisco at No. 2 (Jimmy Garoppolo) and the Jets at No. 3 (Sam Darnold) have young players at the position. But plenty of other teams in the top half of the draft, including the New York Giants at No. 6, Jacksonville at No. 7, Denver at No. 10 and Cincinnati at No. 11, have reasons to look at quarterback.
