Former Ohio State quarterback Tate Martell to transfer to Miami

The shake ups to the Ohio State Buckeyes isn’t just on the coaching side, but the student-athlete side. Quarterback Tathan “Tate” Martell is intending to transfer from the program, and has found a landing spot: the University of Miami. Thought to be the OSU starting QB if Dwayne Haskins entered the NFL Draft, things got complicated when former Georgia QB Justin Fields transferred to Ohio State following the conclusion of the 2018-19 season. Prior to the Rose Bowl (and amidst Fields transfer rumors), Martell reaffirmed his commitment to the Ohio State program.
