Ohio State makes offer to 4-star LB

The Ohio State Buckeyes are down a quarterback on the depth chart with Tate Martell’s departure to Miami. With Matthew Baldwin and Justin Fields leading the way at the top of the order, you have to figure that Ryan Day and the rest of the staff are looking at options still available (either unsigned or transfers) for depth purposes.
