Ohio State to offer free tickets to federal government employees

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The federal government shutdown has now reached its fourth week and Ohio State wants to help those effected by it. Ohio State announced that starting with men’s basketball team’s home game against No.19 Maryland that all federal employees can receive up to two free tickets to all Ohio State home sporting events. The offer is only redeemable on the day of the event and must show a valid government ID. This promotion will continue through out the year until the end of the shutdown. Tip off for the Buckeyes’ contest against the Terrapins is at 6:30 p.m. at the Schottenstein Center.
