Over the past decade, the New Orleans Saints have not made a secret how much they prefer Ohio State players, currently boasting six former Buckeyes on their roster this year, the most of any single college on the team, and those players have helped put the team into contention. Wide receivers Michael Thomas and Ted Ginn, Jr., safety Vonn Bell, cornerbacks Marshon Lattimore and Eli Apple, and veteran safety Kurt Coleman are all on the NFC South champion’s payroll in 2018, with all of them serving important roles for the team this season.
