COLUMBUS, Ohio — Doug Nester of Spring Valley High School (WV) committed to Ohio State in August of 2017. After spending almost 18 months as a future Buckeye, the four-star recruit has decided to flip to Virginia Tech as first reported by Grant Taylor of the Herald-Dispatch.
