Ohio State co-defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley isn’t leaving Columbus anytime soon. Hafley reportedly turned down a recent interview opportunity with the Cincinnati Bengals to fill a role on their staff, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo. Hafley landed with the Buckeyes in January as one of head coach Ryan Day’s essential offseason hires. “The Bengals wanted to interview Ohio State defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley for their vacant DC job, sources tell Ian Rappoport.
