Ohio State's Kaleb Wesson suspended

Ohio State announced on Friday that sophomore center Kaleb Wesson has been suspended for a violation of Ohio State Athletics Department policy. Ohio State did not announce how long Wesson will be suspended but did say the center will return this season. 247Sports’ basketball recruiting expert Brian Snow gave his thoughts on the suspension, tweeting “Call it a hunch, but feel safe in saying Wesson will be back for the (Big Ten) Tournament. However not before,” shortly after the suspension was announced. This is not the first time Wesson has been in trouble in his two years with the Scarlet and Gray. The Westerville, Ohio native missed Ohio State’s game against Texas Southern as a freshman in 2017. The reason given at the time was for being late.
