Five Buckeyes make NFL All-Combine team

The 2019 NFL Combine is in the books. Nine of the 10 Ohio State players that were invited to Indianapolis went through drills — Kendall Sheffield suffered an injury early on that held him out — in the attempt to impress the NFL scouts, general managers and coaches present at Lucas Oil Stadium and improve their draft stock. On Monday, NFL.com draft analyst Chad Reuter released his All-Combine team from the event over the weekend. Five Buckeyes made the all-offensive team with no former Scarlet and Gray players on the defensive side of things. At quarterback was Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins who impressed with his throwing at the combine. Here is Reuter’s analysis of the quarterback: Haskins measured under 6-foot-4 (6-3 3/8, 231 pounds) and ran a 5.04-second 40-yard dash, which is below average for the position.
