Ohio State’s 2019 spring practice is set to begin on Wednesday morning when the Buckeyes will take the field for the first time under new head coach Ryan Day. But Day will not be the only one going through spring drills for the first time. Along with five new assistant coaches Day appointed, the Scarlet and Gray also have seven new players who enrolled early as part of the 2019 recruiting class. These early enrollees include two five-star prospects in defensive end Zach Harrison and wide receiver Garrett Wilson. Safety Ronnie Hickman, offensive lineman Ryan Jacoby, defensive end Noah Potter and running back Marcus Crowley, all considered four-star prospects by the 247Sports Composite, fill out the freshman early enrollees.
