COLUMBUS — Jacob and Jordan Decatur came into Value City Arena knowing they were a whisper away from where they’ll wrestle as Ohio State Buckeyes next season. On Saturday, the twins finished their high school careers at the Division II state wrestling tournament with a shout. Both earned their third state titles for CVCA and, like before, both did it in impressive fashion. Jacob Decatur (113 pounds) finished a doneybrook with a 4-2 win over three-time state placer Cael Woods. “Block O, baby.
