COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State got its first commitment for its 2021 recruiting class from Kalen Etzler of Crestview (Ohio) High School. The four-star forward was received an offer on Thursday and immediately decided to commit to the Buckeyes. He is the second Ohio native — Justin Ahrens — that head coach Chris Holtmann has signed since taking over as head coach. Etzler is rated as the 51st best recruit in the country and the second best player in Ohio. OSU was his first major offer.
