North Andover (Mass.) Buckingham Browne & Nichols offensive lineman Zak Zinter was in Columbus at the end of March as part of a ten day spring break tour of colleges that he made with both of his parents and his brother. It was Zinter’s first Ohio State visit. Unless something changes it will be his last Ohio State visit as a recruit. But he will be in Ohio Stadium again. On Thursday evening Zinter announced a commitment to Michigan. He made the announcement on his Twitter account. Zinter had told Bucknuts after his Ohio State visit that it went very well. “I had a great first visit,” Zinter said. “It was great getting the chance to see what their program is all about and see the academic side of it as well.
