Watch adult Iowa fan beat young Ohio State fan to foul ball; Buckeyes make good with signed ball

There’s something about a foul ball that makes grown men lose all common sense. After all, it is just a ball. Over the weekend, at the Big Ten baseball tournament, an adult Iowa fan chased down a foul ball in a deserted row of seats just as a young Ohio State fan went for the ball. The chain of events caught the eye – and camera – of the Big Ten Network. Ohio State also took notice. The Buckeyes baseball team signed a baseball for the kid. The good news kept coming for the Buckeyes, who beat the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Sunday 3-1 to win the tournament title.
