Two of the top prospects on the West Coast, teammates Gee Scott Jr. and Sam Adams II, made the cross-country tip from the state of Washington to Ohio State in early October. The Sammamish (Wash.) Eastside Catholic duo went home having both been offered a scholarship by the Buckeyes. As first reported by 247Sports West Coast insider Brandon Huffman at the time, Gee and Adams told Huffman they have been offered by the Buckeyes. Scott and Adams were in Columbus attending the Ohio State win over Indiana game in Ohio Stadium. The 6-foot-3 and 200-pound Scott is a 4-star prospect in the 247Sports Composite. He is the country’s No. 77 overall 2020 prospect, the No. 14 wide receiver and the No. 2 prospect in Washington. Scott eventually committed to the Buckeyes.
