Penn State recruit Grant Toutant de-commits and flips to Ohio State

For the second time in 10 days, Ohio State has swooped in to take a top talent away from Penn State. But unlike five-star Julian Fleming, four-star offensive tackle Grant Toutant had previously given his commitment to the Lions, only to announce a surprising flip to the Buckeyes Sunday night. Toutant made the announcement via Twitter and thanked James Franklin and his staff for supporting and believing in him throughout the process. The 6-7, 320-pounder from Michigah has seen his star rise and now ranks as one of the top 25 tackles and 300 players overall in the country, according to 247Sports. Toutant committed to Penn State in November and was offered by both Ohio State and Michigan State in January.
