Ohio State is on a mission to become Wide Receiver University. In the past, the Buckeyes had their fair share of talented wideouts, and groups of them have played together on the teams throughout the years but rarely, possibly never, has the position group looked so bright as it does right now. How is this possible, you might ask. The Scarlet and Gray just lost three very talented receivers following the 2018 season after all in Parris Campbell, Terry McLaurin — both top-three round NFL Draft picks — and Johnnie Dixon — who signed an undrafted free agent contract with Houston Texans. But the recruiting at the position for Ohio State in recent years was so good that the Buckeyes can withstand the loss of these top college football talents, and arguably improve at wideout.
