Ohio State had another very good NFL Draft in late April. The Buckeyes had nine more players selected in the draft, second most of any college program behind Alabama’s 10. Because of the talent the Scarlet and Gray put in the NFL once again, plus the success Ohio State players tend to have in the League, big things are expected from the Buckeye rookies. This week, NFL.com Lance Zierlein released the list of his preseason NFL Rookie of the Year candidates. Three former Scarlet and Gray players made the cut, and they were the top three selections out of Ohio State. On defense, the only Buckeye to make the cut was defensive end Nick Bosa. Bosa was the No. 2 pick in the draft to the San Fransisco 49ers, going only after Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray, and the top defensive player taken but ranked third by Zierlein. Here is what…
