Ohio State’s 28-17 win against Penn State keeps the Buckeyes at No. 1 in the USA TODAY Sports NCAA Re-Rank 1-130, while Oregon plummets to No. 14 and out of the College Football Playoff race after losing at Arizona State. Oregon has now fallen behind four other two-loss teams from the Power Five in No. 10 Penn State, No. 11 Florida, No. 12 Wisconsin and No. 13 Michigan. But another Pac-12 team surged into the top 10: Utah is up five spots to No. 6, one spot ahead of Minnesota and two in front of Oklahoma, after an easy win against Arizona.
