
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s co-defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley was among the five finalists for the Broyles Award. The award is given to the nation’s top assistant coach with the last Buckeye coach to win it being current Texas head coach Tom Herman in 2014. Though he did not win the award this season as LSU’s Passing Game Coordinator/Wide Receivers Joe Brady was named the winner. Each assistant coach was given the opportunity to speak about being one of the finalists.
