
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football is headed to the Fiesta Bowl to face Clemson in the semifinal College Football Playoff. The Buckeyes’ last three games saw a rise in the level of talent, but neither Michigan, Penn State or Wisconsin come close to what the Tigers have on their roster. That is best shown in the wide receiver room. Clemson’s starting unit of Tee Higgins, Amari Rodgers and Justyn Ross have caught a combined on 134 passes for 2,204 yards and 25 touchdowns this season. Pair that with the arm talent of quarterback Trevor Lawrence and the Ohio State’s secondary will finally get the consistent action that most of its schedule has failed to give it this season.
