BOSTON — Jeff Hafley spoke with gratitude and sense of purpose Monday as he was formally introduced as Boston College’s head football coach. However, the Buckeyes’ co-defensive coordinator has unfinished business in Columbus. “I wish I could stay here and start working right now, but I have to go win a national championship,” Hafley said. “I owe it to Ohio State and coach (Ryan) Day and all the players, and I’m excited.” Boston College officially introduced Hafley as its head coach at a Monday morning news conference.
