Ohio State cornerback Jeff Okudah declares for NFL Draft after unanimous All-America season


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Jeff Okudah’s lock-down performance at cornerback helped Ohio State football’s defense emphatically return to prominence in 2019. It also made him one of the most coveted NFL Draft prospects at the position. On Wednesday, the junior announced on Twitter that he will leave the Buckeyes to pursue that opportunity. Okudah is the second Ohio State player to declare early entry for the draft, following running back J.K. Dobbins’ Monday announcement.
