Buckeye Chuck, the official weather-forecasting whistlepig for the State of Ohio, divulged his prediction to his personal public information information officer, Paul James of iHeartMedia Marion, who then shared the forecast with the masses gathered for the annual Groundhog Day celebration. “It is 7:41 a.m. in Marion, Ohio, USA, on Candlemas, Groundhog Day, Feb. 2, 2020,” James announced to the crowd outside the iHeartMedia studios on North Main Street. “The skies are mostly cloudy.
