COLUMBUS, Ohio — Kyle Young is considered a game-time decision for Ohio State basketball’s road matchup with Nebraska on Thursday. The junior forward suffered a high right ankle sprain in the first half of the Buckeyes’ 79-72 win over Maryland on Sunday. Head coach Chris Holtmann stated that the junior forward will travel with the team and go through shootaround before any decision is made. “He’s had a go of it,” Holtmann said. “I think he and our team have had a go of it when it comes to injuries.” Young is averaging 7.7 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. If he were to miss Thursday’s game it will open up more minutes for E.J. Liddell and also Alonzo Gaffney, who has had a very limited role this season.
