
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State basketball heads into the last week of the regular season, having figured it out. Earlier this season, head coach Chris Holtmann expressed with dismay how he felt some players still hadn’t fully accepted their roles. The Buckeyes had gone from a team surpassing preseason expectations to suffering from many of the same problems that plagued their 2018-19 season. February fixed those lows as players settled into the hierarchy on which this team is built. “I think in the last five or six weeks, we’ve settled more into our roles,” Holtmann said. “That’s probably a factor in the reason we’re performing better.
