COLUMBUS, Ohio –The last 10 months have been a whirlwind for Ohio native Mike Hall of Streetsboro High School. On June 15, 2019, he was two days removed from earning an offer from Michigan State and a week removed from attending a camp at Kentucky. That day he first appeared in the 247Sports composite rankings as the No. 409 overall player in the 2021 recruiting class. Hall was coming off of a sophomore season where the Rocket went 4-6, recording 17 tackles and three tackles for loss in seven games. Those are decent numbers for a sophomore, but not the type that would garner a look from Ohio State. Then the summer hit, and he made his way around the campus circuit once again, making his way to Columbus for a one-day camp.
