Jantzen Dunn, four-star athlete, commits to Ohio State football: Buckeye Recruiting


COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State football program continues to add defensive backs with versatile skill sets for its 2021 recruiting class. Bowling Green (Kentucky) South Warren athlete Jantzen Dunn committed to Ohio State on Monday, choosing the Buckeyes over Oklahoma, Louisville and others. The four-star prospect is ranked No. 248 in the 247 Sports national composite. Dunn is the 17th commitment in Ohio State’s top-ranked 2021 class. He is either the fourth or fifth defensive back, depending on the long-term positional track for safety/outside linebacker Jaylen Johnson. Dunn plays wide receiver and safety at South Warren. That program has developed current Michigan State wide receiver C.J. Hayes, among others. The 6-2, 178-pound Dunn projects to stay in the secondary at Ohio State.
