Raiders use second first-round NFL Draft pick on Ohio State’s Damon Arnette

Ohio State cornerback Damon Arnette became the second player ever drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders, which used the No. 19 overall pick on the former Buckeyes star. Scouts had Arnette graded closer to a second-round talent and as low as a mid-round pick. Arnette was a three-year starter at Ohio State and had a breakout season as a senior, helping the Buckeyes reach the College Football Playoff after an undefeated regular season.
