Jahvaree Ritzie, 4-star defensive end, lists Ohio State football in his top five: Buckeyes Recruiting


COLUMBUS, Ohio — North Carolina native Jahvaree Ritzie of Glenn High School has listed Ohio State football among his top schools for consideration. The four-star recruit included the Buckeyes along with Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He is rated as the No. 160 overall player and No. 14 strongside defensive end. Adding Ritzie would give OSU its third edge rusher in the class along with Ohio native Jack Sawyer of Pickerington North High School and Texas native Tunmise Adeleye of IMG Academy, both of which are also classified as strongside defensive ends. He’d also be the second commitment from a player from North Carolina along with four-star running back Evan Pryor of William Amos Hough High School.
