
CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Ohio State football program is scouring the nation for some of its potential future top-flight defensive backs, and for the class of 2022, the Buckeyes are eyeing a recruit from the West. Four-star safety Zion Branch plays at Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas, and he’s the No. 74 overall player in his class, according to 247Sports.com. He’s the No. 3 safety in his class, and he’s also the No. 3 overall prospect in Nevada.
