He is rated as the nation’s No. 129 overall player and No. 12 cornerback in the class. Davies joins an Oregon recruiting class that sits at No. 7 in the country and No. 2 in the Pac-12 giving them their eighth four-star recruit and immediately becomes their highest-rated cornerback. Ohio State loses out on adding its fifth player from California since 2017, but still sit comfortably in the No. 1 spot and still have five defensive back commits in the class.
