COLUMBUS, Ohio — Brian Hartline has landed six commitments from top 100 players since taking over as Ohio State football’s wide receivers head coach and is hoping to land a seventh by signing day. Emeka Egbuka is the nation’s No. 1 wide receiver and is one of two top 10 players from Washington the Buckeyes hope to add to their top-rated 2021 recruiting class. For a room bringing in that much young talent, landing the position’s top player for the second-straight season is almost overkill, which makes the chances of it happening slim even if all but one of his 10 crystal balls favor OSU. Ohio State has a six-man rotation with four outside receivers and two players in the slot.
