
COLUMBUS, Ohio — With the news that the Big Ten will have a conference-only 2020 season, Ohio State football head coach Ryan Day released a video on Twitter urging fans to wear masks. “We are really asking everyone to please follow your local authorities with the protocol and guidelines that they’ve set forth,” Day said in the video. “One of the biggest ways to do that is by wearing a mask.” Day is entering his second year as the Buckeyes head coach coming off of a 13-1 season, a Big Ten Championship and a trip to the College Football Playoff. The Buckeyes non-conference schedule featured two games against Mid-American Conference opponents along with a trip to Eugene in the first of a home-and-home series against Oregon.
