CLOSE The Arizona State football program has landed the most highly coveted recruit of its 2021 class thus far, getting a commitment from two-way standout Tommi Hill out of Edgewater High School in Orlando. Hill, a 6-foot-1,185-pound wide receiver and cornerback, is the Sun Devils’ ninth pledge for the 2021 cycle and the second player from Florida.
