Michigan football announced it won’t sell tickets to the general public for home games at Michigan Stadium this fall because of the coronavirus pandemic. Penn State was originally scheduled to face their Big Ten East rivals at “The Big House” on Oct. 3, but the 2020 season as scheduled appears to be in limbo. The Big Ten already announced the cancellation of all nonconference games this fall. On Wednesday morning, the Michigan athletic department announced its ticket policies for the 2020 season. The university acknowledged the possibility of playing games without fans at Michigan Stadium, and if fans are allowed at games, the capacity would be reduced.
