COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s continued quest to replenish its tight end room after 2020 received some good news on Wednesday. Bennett Christian, a 6-5, 225-pound tight end from Allatoona, Georgia, included Ohio State in his final three. Penn State and Tennessee also made the cut. At 247 Sports, Christian is a three-star prospect ranked No. 18 nationally among tight ends. His father, Bill, played at Tennessee. Christian said his relationship with Ohio State co-offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Kevin Wilson factored into the Buckeyes making his final cut. “Before I got to high school Ohio State was one of those schools that was always really high on my list,” Christian said in an interview with Rivals. “It’s one of those teams that’s always going to win.
