COLUMBUS, Ohio — A re-worked Big Ten Conference football schedule that tells us when and where Ohio State may stake its title defense could come as early as Tuesday. The first day of preseason camp, which annually triggers the countdown to opening day, is scheduled for Friday. Yet Monday’s events throughout the league did nothing to dispel the contention that the Big Ten’s COVID-19 scenario continues to trend in the wrong direction. Set aside Gov.
