The door isn't closed for Ohio State to play football this fall

Maybe hope for Ohio State playing football this fall isn’t dead. Just a day after the Big Ten canceled its fall sports seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic and concerns over the health and safety of the student-athletes, head football coach Ryan Day opened the door back up for the Buckeyes to play some kind of schedule this fall. Prior to the Big Ten’s announcement, as reports began to leak out that the conference was planning to cancel the fall season, Day, along with other head coaches in the Big Ten, were vocal about doing anything possible to have games in the coming months.
