
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football revolves around the players. Every OSU coach is smart enough to know that. So while the Buckeyes are stuck in limbo, trying to figure out when they’ll next take the field, it’s difficult to assess the future. Ohio State will be good, as usual. But the presence, or absence, of stars like quarterback Justin Fields, receiver Chris Olave, cornerback Shaun Wade, linebacker Baron Browning and offensive linemen Wyatt Davis and Josh Myers will affect just how good. Would those future NFL Draft picks play if there’s a January-February season? Would they play if there’s a March-April season?
