COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football has added a fifth player to its 2022 recruiting class in four-star Kansas athlete Dasan McCullough of Blue Valley North High School. He chose the Buckeyes over 42 other schools, including Alabama, Clemson and nine other Big Ten schools. His addition gives OSU’s class 126.18 points and a 96.13 average star rating. McCullough’s rated as the No. 70 overall player and No. 7 athlete in the class. Because of his size and versatility, he projects out as a linebacker at 6-foot-5, 220 pounds. He’s often compared to former Clemson linebacker Isaiah Simmons, who was the No. 8 pick in this year’s NFL Draft.
