Ohio State football parents continue fight for fall season


COLUMBUS (WCMH) — The Ohio State University football parents organization which has been critical of the Big Ten’s decision to postpone the fall sports season continues seeking answers from the conference, and now they are joining forces with other parent associations. On Sunday night, parents of players came together for a virtual meeting with most of the Big Ten schools represented. The parents wanted to move forward with a unified message that centers around transparency and consistency. “If the Big Ten has information that it’s unsafe, we’d like to make sure that information is shared with everybody else because we don’t want to see anybody else in an unsafe situation,” said Tom Rossi, the father of OSU running back Mitch Rossi who participated in the meeting. “If the SEC, or the ACC or the Big 12 or high school football or travel lacrosse or AAU basketball – any of these…
