Linebacker has not been a priority position when it comes to 2021 Ohio State recruiting. The Buckeyes have already landed huge in-state target Reid Carrico from Ironton (Ohio) and may not sign another 2021 linebacker. But linebacker recruiting is a priority for 2022 and today they made the Top 10 list of an elite linebacker from North Carolina. Salisbury (N.C.) outside linebacker Jalon Walker who was offered a scholarship by the Buckeyes in May, has announced his top schools and Ohio State is one of them. Walker posted his Top 10 on his Twitter account this afternoon. Walker’s Top 10 is made up of Ohio State, North Carolina, Notre Dame, LSU, Clemson, Georgia, Texas A&M, Auburn, Texas and Arizona State.
