COLUMBUS, Ohio — North Carolina linebacker Jalon Walker of Salisbury High School has cut down his 2022 recruiting list to 10 schools and Ohio State football has made the cut. The four-star recruit included the Buckeyes alongside Arizona State, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Texas and Texas A&M. He’s the second linebacker to list OSU among his top options recently, joining Anthony Johnson, who put out a top five last week. Ohio State is looking to add four linebackers to its 2022 recruiting class and already has three in C.J. Hicks, Dasan McCullough and Gabe Powers. All three have deep Ohio ties, even though McCullough is living in Kansas.
