Finebaum: Ohio State not playing yet is reason it isn't top-four

Ohio State came in at No. 2 on the Associated Press preseason poll, even after the Big Ten initially made the decision to postpone its fall football season. In the latest AP poll which the conference was eligible for, the Buckeyes checked in at the No. 6 spot. Considered a national title contender entering the season, some are wondering why the Buckeyes didn’t crack that elusive top-four. Paul Finebaum said this morning on ESPN’s First Take that it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise,and that he still believes that Ohio State is a top-three team in the nation as things stand today. “I think the only reason is they’re not playing yet,” Finebaum said. “If you ask 10 college football experts, who are the three best teams in college football?
