Buckeye fans can purchase cutouts to be placed in Ohio Stadium

Ohio State fans will not get to make their weekly Saturday trips to Ohio Stadium this fall. Despite Buckeye football kicking off in just over two weeks, the Big Ten will not permit fans in stadiums around the conference this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to avoid the spread of the virus through mass gatherings. But that doesn’t mean Buckeye fans can’t still have their presence felt at the Horshoe for the Scarlet and Gray’s four 2020 home games this fall. Ohio State announced on Friday that fans can purchase cutouts of themselves to have placed in the stadium, a concept that has become popular in sports around the world that are still not allowing fans to attend games.
