COLUMBUS, Ohio — Tight end Oscar Delp of West Forsyth High School in Cumming, Ga. wasn’t surprised to hear that he’d earned a scholarship offer from Ohio State football, even though the two sides had only been in contact for about a week. He doesn’t have any type of ranking, but he’s still brought in 16 offers that include Georgia, Michigan and Stanford, all of which have impressed him in the early stages of his recruitment.
