COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State made easy work of Rutgers with a 49-27 home win in its second straight prime-time game. The outcome wasn’t a surprise, and the 38-point line the game opened with wasn’t so crazy after all. A few trick plays by Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano and some missed tackles are to blame for that. A lopsided win against an overmatched opponent allows you to try some things you wouldn’t otherwise.
